What We Do
We promote total body wellness, physical, mental, and emotional health, by teaching simple, sustainable habits that anyone can apply to daily life.

Our focus areas include:
-
Preventing chronic illnesses like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and anxiety
-
Encouraging healthy eating, physical activity, and stress management
-
Empowering people to embrace healthier lifestyles without unnecessary hardship.

Our Founder
The foundation was founded in 2016 by Dr. Katina Davis-Kennedy, a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, TV and radio health expert, author, and national health speaker. After witnessing health disparities in her own community and experiencing personal loss due to preventable conditions, she set out to make a change, not just in clinics, but in homes, schools, and everyday spaces.
Dr. Katina’s mission:
To educate, inspire, and empower people to live healthier lives, especially in underserved communities.
